Who is it for?

Small, private business occasions

Hermes suits small, private occasions rather than large company events: hosting foreign partners, celebrating a deal, a quiet meeting with a leadership team or thanking a team that delivered.

The aft-deck table works for meetings and meals, and the saloon for a cool, quiet conversation. The yacht, captain and crew are there only for your team.

We can pick your guests up from a Bosphorus pier near their hotel (Kandilli is free, other piers cost extra).

Duration and catering to fit your plan

  • Breakfast meeting (2–3 hours): morning departure, Turkish breakfast (€30 per person).
  • Client hosting (3 hours): Bosphorus cruise at sunset, dinner (€40 per person).
  • Team reward (3–4 hours): Bosphorus cruise, snacks and cocktail menu (€20 per person), photographer (€75) if you wish.

You choose the duration and departure time (08:00–04:00, 2-hour minimum). We issue invoices to your company; send us your billing details and any special requests on WhatsApp before booking.

This package has no fixed price: the yacht is €100 per hour (whole yacht, not per person) and you add only the menus and decoration you want.

Boarding: free at Bebek Marina and Kandilli. Pick-up or drop-off at another Bosphorus pier costs €40 per pier plus the yacht's travel time from Bebek at the hourly rate; we confirm the amount on WhatsApp.

How to book

  1. Pick the date and timeSee free hours on the calendar; the yacht is rented by the hour, 2-hour minimum.
  2. Pay the 30% depositWe confirm availability and send the deposit link on WhatsApp. You choose menus and decoration there too.
  3. Meet us at Bebek MarinaThe remaining 70% is paid on the day (cash, card or bank transfer).

Cancellation and date changes

If your cruise is 15 or more days away, you can change the date free of charge. With less than 15 days to go, date changes depend on availability. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel; if the cruise cannot go ahead due to bad weather, a yacht fault or an official ban, it is refunded or the date is moved. About corporate charters

How much is a corporate yacht charter in Istanbul?

Hermes is €100 per hour (2-hour minimum) for the whole yacht. For example, a client dinner for 8 guests over 3 hours: €300 + €320 = €620. Prices include VAT.

How large a group can you take?

Up to 10 guests. Hermes is licensed for 10 passengers, so it is not suitable for larger groups.

Can you pick our guests up near their hotel?

Boarding at Bebek Marina and Kandilli is free. Pick-up at another Bosphorus pier costs €40 per pier plus the yacht's travel time from Bebek at the hourly rate.

What if the weather is bad?

If the cruise cannot go ahead due to bad weather, a yacht fault or an official ban, your deposit is refunded or the date is moved.
